Violet serves as the Operations Director; she is responsible for driving the mission of the organization and overseeing operations. She is instrumental to our fundraising and marketing division. Violet has MBA in Healthcare Management from Eastern University and BA in marketing, she has over 20 years of experience in healthcare working with organizations that provide services and supports to individuals with Intellectual and developmental disabilities. Violet is responsible for developing and maintaining effective operational systems and ensuring that all policies adhere to government regulations and best practices.

Violet’s passion is in ensuring that the individuals are part of the community, and achieve independence in their Every-Day lives. She brings to Ahadi Zetu a wealth of expertise in operations management and clinical oversight on behavioral and person centered support plans.
